Sweet little Bakuli Bowls are carefully woven by hand by one women artisans in Tanzania. « Bakuli » literally means « bowl » in Swahili, the national language of Tanzania.
For this bowl, locally harvested natural grasses are dried in the sund and then intricately woven together. Our Bakulis are versatile and can be used to serve dry snacks but also as a nice way to store small items like keys, jewelry etc.
